Ways to Make Money without a Regular Job!

I have been looking for ways to make some side money without a 9-5 "regular" job for a while now . These are what I found! It may not be enough to pay your mortgage but definitely good enough to pay some bills. :)

1. Moneymaker through Couponing

If you follow my blog you would notice a lot of freebies deals and MONEYMAKER deals. Freebies are good but moneymaker deals are the best. It may not be much but if you are a full time couponer with Ibotta, Checkout51, mobisave, shopmium, snap, etc, it shouldn't be too difficult to earn $20+ a month which pays for the costs of newspaper/coupon clipping services. Its always good to have a self-sustainable hobby.

2. AirBnB Income & Bonus

Have you ever considered renting part of your home out for some extra income? It doesn't have to be the entire house, it can be just your basement, the living room, spare bedroom or your loft. Actually for security reasons, I like renting out my spare guest bedroom and bath. In that case I will be home and can monitor any possible crazy activities. Depending on where you are located, you may earn enough to pay for 50% or more of your mortgage. Earn $50 Bonus after hosting your first Trip!

3. Credit Card Sign up Bonus

I recommend choosing & applying your Credit Card wisely, there are a lot of big fat bonuses offers out there! These are my personal Fav cards:

Chase Sapphire Preferred - 50,000 bonus points ( = $500 statement credit or $625 in Travel!) after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. First year membership waived and $95 annually thereafter. This card pays for itself in no time and is a METAL card! It offers 20% off travel when book through their website using Ultimate Rewards points. What I do is to combine my Reward points from other Chase Credit cards onto the Sapphire card to maximize the 20% off discounts. 

Chase Freedom Card - earn $150 bonus cash back after you are approved and spend $500 on purchases in the first three months from account opening. No Membership fee and this is a rotating category 5% cash Back card. 

4. All Sorts of Sign up and referral bonuses

5. Class Actions Rebates

Corporations get sued everyday and oftentimes you can get some rebates from class actions. This Website Class Action Rebates contain the links for these rebates and most of them can be filed online and are very simple. There are rebates for LG washers, Milk in California, Home Deport Databreach, All kinds of illegal telemarketing tactics by the big companies. A lot of them doesn't even require proof of purchase!

6. Uber/Lyft - work as you please

This is actually some active working but you can work whenever you want to make some extra money. As long as you have a decent working car, good driving record and insurance, it is not difficult to make a couple hundred dollars with these apps.

7. Online survey

A lot of these are scams or at least not as rewarding as you think. I would avoid this option unless you are retired or have A LOT of free time. Oftentimes you would be clicking through 50 qualifying questions to find yourself ineligible. time wasted. Of course there are some legit ones that pays $1 or $2 per survey but those are pretty rare unless you sit there all day clicking on all kinds of surveys.
